I needed a compact lightweight med/trauma kit for an elk hunting trip in the mountains and this was the most well thought out solution. Also bought the supply kit , tourniquet and the scissors, easy assembly, zip tied it to my pack.

I am a combat veteran of the Iraq war 2004-2005. In those days, good gear was hard to find due to the lack of vendors. So, as a medic I’ve put together and used many “boo-boo” kits and own a number of IFAKs. The MD2 + Medical Supply Kit has to be one of the most well thought kits I’ve seen! It packs a lot, into a neat, organized roll. No fluff. Only the essentials. The included manual even shows you how to load the medical supplies so that it all packs neatly. The pull tabs make deployment a breeze!
I want these things everywhere now! Range box, vehicle’s headrest, luggage. This could get pricey real fast!
