Thank you for shopping with Agilite. We want to ensure that your shopping experience is enjoyable and satisfactory. Please review our return/exchange policy below. By purchasing online directly from Agilite's website, you agree to and acknowledge the terms of our return policy outlined below.

Agilite reserves the right to limit returns or exchanges in the future.

Returns

If a consumer is not completely satisfied with their purchase, they may return it for an exchange or for a refund within 30 days of the purchase date, without providing a reason.

Returns are refunded in the same tender paid. Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable, except where required by law.

Orders must be received back in Agilite's warehouse within 30 days of the purchase date.

To be eligible for a refund, the item must be in its original condition, new, unworn, unused, and in the original packaging, with all original tags still attached.

A copy of your original receipt may be required.

The item will be inspected for their original condition once received. It takes 10 business days for the refund to be issued back to the original method of payment used once received at the warehouse.

If a return does not meet eligibility requirements, the product may be returned to the customer at their expense or refunded at our discretion.

No Returns After 30 Days:

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns for a refund or in-store credit after 30 days of the purchase date.

An exchange process (Within 30 Days):

We offer exchanges for eligible items within 30 days of the purchase date.

Since our available stock changes every day, exchanges are subject to inventory availability. If the desired item is unavailable, the exchange can be done when the item restocks, or the return will be processed as a refund.

To be eligible for exchanges, the item must be in its original condition, new, unused, unworn and in the original packaging, with all original tags still attached.

Return Shipping:

Customers are responsible for returning shipping costs when returning or exchanging an order/item.

Agilite is not responsible for items lost or damaged during return shipment.

Return of Damaged, Defective or incorrect Items:

We apologize for this inconvenience.

In such cases, Agilite will, in accordance with applicable law:

• Provide a replacement, exchange, or refund, and
• Cover reasonable return shipping costs, where required.

If the order is purchased on our website, please contact us, immediately, and we will assist you in resolving the issue.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:

• Final sale or clearance items (clearly marked at time of purchase);
• Gift Cards;
• Armor plates;

Please be aware that we do not accept returns or exchanges of armor plates. This policy is in place because we would never send you armor plates that have been previously sent to another customer and returned to us. This is because we can no longer guarantee their ballistic integrity.

Product Descriptions; Pricing; Errors

Agilite attempts to be as accurate as possible and eliminate errors on the Site. However, we do not warrant that product descriptions, photographs, pricing or other content on the Sites are accurate, complete, reliable, current, or error-free. In addition, all weights and size dimensions are approximate. If a product offered by Agilite is not as described or pictured, your sole remedy is to return it in unused condition for a refund. In the event of an error, whether on the Site, in an order confirmation, in processing an order or otherwise, we reserve the right to correct such error and charge the correct price or cancel the order, and your sole remedy in the event of such error is to cancel your order.

Abuse and Fraud Prevention

Agilite reserves the right to refuse returns or exchanges that:

• Show signs of wear, alteration, or misuse;
• Appear fraudulent or abusive;
• Violate this Policy;

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange:

Agilite Warranty Policy

Thank you for choosing Agilite! Agilite gear is forged on Israeli battlefields which gives you an edge. We stand behind the quality and performance of our products. Our warranty ensures your confidence in our commitment to excellence.

All Agilite items are covered by a Limited Lifetime Warranty.

This Limited Lifetime Warranty (“Warranty”) applies to products purchased directly from Agilite through our website or authorized sales channels.

This Limited Lifetime Warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship (manufacturing) for the practical lifetime of Agilite's products manufactured by Agilite or its affiliates (under normal consumer use and proper care).

Manufacturing Defects:

● This refers to any flaw or imperfection in the production process that impacts on the functionality, performance, or safety of the product. Examples include stitching errors, structural deficiencies, or assembly issues.

Material Defects:

● Material defects cover problems arising from the quality or durability of the materials used in the construction of our gear. This includes issues such as premature wear, tear, or degradation of materials under normal usage conditions.

Only original, unaltered, and unmodified materials and workmanship are covered by this policy.

What's Not Covered:

This limited lifetime warranty does not cover damage caused by normal wear and tear (including fading, stretching, shrinkage) from gradual degradation due to intensive use, improper care, misuse, abuse, accident, neglect; the natural breakdown of materials over time; damage caused by alterations, Improper washing, drying or care, modifications, misuse, abuse, negligence, accidents or repairs not authorized by Agilite, Products purchased second-hand or from unauthorized sellers; Clearance or “final sale” items; or damage resulting from exposure to corrosive substances.

How Long This Limited Warranty Lasts. This Limited Lifetime Warranty lasts for the practical life of the item (and not the lifetime of the purchaser). Coverage ends if you sell or transfer the item. Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) is required.

This Warranty applies only to the original purchaser and is non-transferable.

What We Will Do.

Products should be returned to us for evaluation. We will inspect the product at no charge to you. If we will determine, in our sole discretion, that the product has a defect covered under this Limited Warranty, we will repair or replace the product within approximately 6 weeks of inspection.

How To Get Warranty Service.

If you believe your Agilite product is experiencing an issue covered by the warranty, please contact our customer service team at customercare@agilitegear.com with the following information:

● Full Name

● Contact Information

● A copy of your original receipt or Proof of Purchase

● A brief description of the problem

Our customer service team will guide you through the warranty claim process.

Shipping information.

Customers are responsible for shipping items to Agilite. We will cover the cost of return shipping. We recommend that you ship your product with a reputable carrier that can provide tracking information and proof of delivery. Customers are responsible for their product until we sign for delivery. Agilite cannot be held responsible for products/packages lost in transit.

Limitations:

If the product was acquired through a vendor/ retailer, and not directly from Agilite, kindly address the matter with the vendor/ retailer. If necessary, the vendor/ retailer will then contact us directly.

Certain products may be excluded from this Limited Lifetime Warranty as indicated at the point of sale and/or on the product hang tag.

Limitation of Liability.

AGILITE'S AND ITS SUPPLIERS’, AFFILIATES’, AND AGENTS’ MAXIMUM LIABILITY PURSUANT TO THIS LIMITED WARRANTY, OR ANY OTHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED WARRANTY, IS LIMITED TO THE PURCHASE PRICE YOU PAID FOR THE PRODUCT. NEITHER AGILITE NOR ITS SUPPLIERS, AFFILIATES, OR AGENTS ARE LIABLE FOR ANY INABILITY TO PERFORM UNDER THIS LIMITED WARRANTY DUE TO EVENTS BEYOND ITS OR THEIR CONTROL, SUCH AS ACTS OF GOD, OR FOR PROPERTY DAMAGE, PERSONAL INJURY, LOSS OF USE, OR OTHER CONSEQUENTIAL, PUNITIVE, OR SPECIAL DAMAGES, HOWEVER CAUSED, WHETHER FOR BREACH OF WARRANTY, TORT (INCLUDING NEGLIGENCE), STRICT LIABILITY OR OTHERWISE, OTHER THAN THOSE DAMAGES WHICH ARE INCAPABLE OF LIMITATION, EXCLUSION OR RESTRICTION UNDER APPLICABLE LAW.

Governing Law and Venue; Severability.

To the full extent permitted under applicable local law, this Limited Warranty and any disputes arising out of or in connection with this Limited Warranty (“Disputes”) shall be governed by the laws of the State of ISRAEL. The courts located in Tel Aviv shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any Disputes. If any provision of this Limited Warranty is unlawful, void or unenforceable, that provision shall be deemed severable and shall not affect any remaining provisions.

Agilite reserves the right to update or modify the terms of this warranty without prior notice.
