The Return/Exchange policy & Warranty also apply to any orders you submit to Agilite on the website.

We reserve the right to modify the contents of the website at any time, but we have no obligation to update any information on the website. You agree that it is your responsibility to monitor changes to our website.

We shall not be liable to you or to any third-party for any modification, suspension or discontinuance of the Service.

ONLINE STORE
Our online store is hosted by Shopify Inc. They provide us with the online e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you.
Prices for our products in the online store are subject to change without notice. We cannot confirm the price of an item until you order. Despite our best efforts, a small number of the items in our catalog may be mispriced. If the correct price of an item sold by Agilite is higher than our stated price, we will, at our discretion, either contact you for instructions before shipping or cancel your order and notify you of such cancellation.
Agilite attempts to be as accurate as possible. However, Agilite does not warrant that product descriptions or other content of any Agilite Service/Products are accurate, complete, reliable, current, or error-free. If a product offered by Agilite itself is not as described, your sole remedy is to return it in unused condition.
Certain products may be available exclusively online through the website. These products may have limited quantities and are subject to return or exchange only according to our Return/exchange Policy.
We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors and images of our products that appear at the online store. We cannot guarantee that your computer monitor's display of any color will be accurate.
We reserve the right, but are not obligated, to limit the sales of our products to any person, geographic region or jurisdiction. We may exercise this right on a case-by-case basis. We reserve the right to limit the quantities of any products or services that we offer.
All descriptions of products or product pricing are subject to change at anytime without notice, at the sole discretion of Agilite. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time. Any offer for any product made on this website is void where prohibited.
We do not warrant that the quality of any products, services, information, or other material purchased or obtained by you will meet your expectations, or that any errors in the Service will be corrected.

ACCURACY OF BILLING AND ACCOUNT INFORMATION
We reserve the right to refuse any order you place on the website. We may, in our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household or per order. These restrictions may include orders placed by or under the same customer account, the same credit card, and/or orders that use the same billing and/or shipping address.
In the event that we make a change to or cancel an order, we may attempt to notify you by contacting the e-mail and/or billing address/phone number provided at the time the order was made.
You agree to provide current, complete and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made at our online store. You agree to promptly update your account and other information, including your email address and credit card number and expiration date, so that we can complete your transactions and contact you as needed.

SHIPPING POLICY
We’re committed to providing exceptional customer service, and we’re here to help with any delivery issues you may encounter.
If a package is confirmed lost in transit, we will be happy to either replace the item or issue a refund after a thorough investigation. However, if the tracking information indicates that the package has been delivered, we are unfortunately unable to offer a replacement or refund. Please know that we will assist you through the claims process, which may take 30 to 45 days to complete.
For any delivery issues, please contact the carrier directly. If a package is returned to us as undeliverable, we will refund the amount to your original payment method. Please be aware that we cannot redirect packages to alternate addresses.

Wrong Shipping Address Policy
If you realize that the address submitted with your order is incorrect, please notify us within 36 hours of placing your order to update the address details.
If we do not receive a corrected address within this timeframe, your package will be shipped to the address originally provided.
Please note that Agilite cannot assume responsibility for packages delivered to an incorrect address at this stage. Unfortunately, we are unable to refund shipping fees or provide a replacement order free of charge.
If an error has been made in entering your address, we will need to send you an invoice to cover the complete cost of re-shipping your order if and when it has been returned to the sender.
Alternatively, we can refund your order minus the original cost of shipping once we receive the returned package.
We encourage you to meticulously enter and review your address during checkout. Should you notice any issues, please reach out to us promptly, and we will gladly make the necessary corrections.

Intellectual property
COPYRIGHT AND LIMITED LICENSE
Unless otherwise indicated in the website, the website and all content and other materials on the website, including, without limitation, the Agilite logo and all designs, text, graphics, pictures, videos, information, data, software, sound files, other files and the selection and arrangement thereof (collectively, the "Site Materials") are the proprietary property of Agilite and are protected by copyright and trademarks.
You are granted a limited, non-sublicensable license to access and use the website (except where prohibited without a license) for your informational, non-commercial and personal use only. SITE ACCESS AND GOVERNING LAW AND VENUE
These Site Terms and any separate agreements whereby we provide you services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Israel.
If you access the website from outside of Israel, you do so at your own risk and are responsible for compliance with the laws of your jurisdiction in addition to the laws of the State of Israel.

TERMINATION
Notwithstanding any of these Site Terms, Agilite reserves the right, without notice and in its sole discretion, to terminate your license to use the website, and to block or prevent future access to and use of the website.

CAUSES OUTSIDE OF OUR CONTROL
A “Cause Outside of Our Control” is any act or event beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to act of God, fire, flood, explosion, war, threat or preparation for war, military activity, riot, civil disturbance or strike, lockout or other work stoppage, terrorist threat or attack, inclement weather, flood, earthquake, epidemic, pandemic, other natural disaster, supply chain failures, or failure of public or private telecommunications networks. If a Cause Outside of Our Control affects our performance of obligations under these Site Terms, Agilite will notify you as soon as reasonably possible and our obligations to you will be suspended and the time for performance of our obligations will be extended for the duration of the Cause Outside of Our Control.

ASSIGNMENT
Agilite may transfer its rights and obligations to another entity, but this will not affect your rights or Agilite's obligations under these Site Terms. You may only transfer your rights or obligations under these Site Terms to another person if Agilite agrees in writing.

DISPUTES
Any dispute or claim related in any way to your visit to this website or to products you purchase from Agilite, will be adjudicated by Tel Aviv District court in Israel and you consent to exclusive jurisdiction and venue of this court.

NO WAIVER AND SEVERABILITY
The remedies set forth in these Site Terms are cumulative and not exclusive, unless expressly stated otherwise. Failure or delay by Agilite to enforce any provision of these Site Terms will not be deemed a waiver of future enforcement of that or any other provision. If any provision of these Site Terms shall be deemed unlawful, void or for any reason unenforceable, then that provision shall be deemed severable from these Site Terms and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of any remaining provisions.
