We are looking for a detail-oriented and highly organized Graphic Designer to join our PMO team. This role focuses on executing and adapting existing creative concepts across various projects while ensuring accuracy, consistency, and adherence to brand guidelines. The ideal candidate is fast, precise, technically strong, and comfortable working on multiple projects simultaneously in a dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare final production-ready files according to technical specifications
  • Apply established brand guidelines consistently across all graphic materials
  • Design spec sheets, sewing instructions, and inspection files
  • Prepare catalogs, packaging, labels, stickers, and other materials
  • Work closely with PMO, marketing, HR, operations, and external vendors to finalize deliverables and provide them with graphics design services
  • Manage file versions and maintain organized asset libraries
  • Ensure all deliverables meet deadlines and quality standards

Requirements

  • 2-3+ years of experience in a similar execution-focused design role
  • Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite: InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop
  • Strong proficiency in English (reading, writing, and speaking).
  • Solid understanding of print production processes and file preparation
  • Ability to work quickly and accurately under tight deadlines
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Experience working within brand guidelines
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively
