Agilite SAPI Hydration Bladder

I highly recommend this hydration bladder. Staying well-hydrated is crucial, especially in the summer, which is why I bought this water bladder for longer runs. It holds 3 liters of fluid and is very easy to fill. The tube has an additional flow control valve that you can adjust so you don’t drink everything too quickly.
It fits perfectly in my AMAP III backpack and completes the set. The best value for the money I’ve ever had.
