Agilite Return/ Exchange Policy & Warranty 

Thank you for shopping with Agilite. We want to ensure that your shopping experience is enjoyable and satisfactory. Please review our return policy below:

Full Money Back (30 Days): 

  • You may return the purchased item(s) within 30 days of receiving your package for a full refund.
  • To be eligible for a full refund, the item must be in its original condition, unused, and in the original packaging.
No Returns After 30 Days:
  • Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns for refund or in-store credit after 30 days from the date you received your package.
Exchanges (Within 30 Days):
  • We offer exchanges for items within 30 days of receiving your package.
  • Exchanges are subject to product availability. If the desired item is unavailable, the exchange can be done when the item restocks. 
  • To be eligible for Exchanges, the item must be in its original condition, unused, and in the original packaging.

  Return Shipping:

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs when returning or exchanging an order/item

Refund Processing:

  • Refunds will be processed within 5 - 7 business days after receiving and inspecting the returned item(s) at our warehouse.  

Damaged or Defective Items:

  • If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately, and we will assist you in resolving the issue.

 

 

Final Sale Items:

  • Please be aware that we do not accept returns or exchanges of armor plates. This policy is in place because we would never send you armor plates that have been previously sent to another customer and returned to us. This is because we can no longer guarantee their ballistic integrity. 

 

By ordering with Agilite, you agree to and acknowledge the terms of our return policy outlined above.

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange:

  • To initiate a return or exchange, please contact our customer service team at customercare@agilitegear.com with your order number and details of the item(s) you wish to return or exchange.

Thank you for choosing Agilite. Agilite gear is forged on Israeli battlefields which gives you an edge. We stand behind the quality and performance of our products. Our warranty ensures your confidence in our commitment to excellence.

If the gear left our factory with a defect, we will replace or repair the item(s) - no questions asked.

Warranty Period:

All Agilite items are covered by a Limited Lifetime warranty from the date of purchase.

Coverage:

This warranty covers manufacturing and material defects. 

Manufacturing Defects:

  • This refers to any flaw or imperfection in the production process that impacts the functionality, performance, or safety of the product. Examples include stitching errors, structural deficiencies, or assembly issues.

Material Defects:

  • Material defects cover problems arising from the quality or durability of the materials used in the construction of our gear. This includes issues such as premature wear, tear, or degradation of materials under normal usage conditions.

What's Not Covered:

  • Damage resulting from misuse, abuse, accidents, or negligence.
  • Normal “wear and tear” from gradual degradation due to intensive use.
  • Damage caused by alterations, modifications, or repairs not authorized by Agilite.
  • Damage resulting from exposure to corrosive substances.

 

Proof of Purchase:

To process a warranty claim, proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) is required.

How to Initiate a Warranty Claim:

If you believe your Agilite product is experiencing an issue covered by the warranty, please contact our customer service team at customercare@agilitegear.com with the following information:

  • Full Name
  • Contact Information
  • Proof of Purchase
  • Description of the issue

Our customer service team will guide you through the warranty claim process.

Resolution:

If a manufacturing or material defect is confirmed, we will replace the product.

Limitations:

If the gear was acquired through a vendor, and not directly from Agilite, kindly address the matter with the vendor. If necessary, the vendor will then contact us directly. However, if the issue is a manufacturing/ material defect, we will cover it.

Agilite reserves the right to update or modify the terms of this warranty without prior notice.
