Israel Sales Manager & Special Forces Liaison

Role Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Israel Sales Manager with a strong background in the defense sector, preferably a former Special Forces officer or NCO. This role will focus on building and expanding our brand presence in Israel, acting as the primary liaison with Israeli Special Forces units and other elite security services. The Sales Manager will be responsible for driving sales, building strong relationships with end-users and procurement officers, and positioning our company as the premier tactical gear provider for Israel’s most demanding military and security professionals.


Key Responsibilities

Sales & Business Development

  • Execute a comprehensive sales strategy tailored to grow the Israeli defense and tactical gear market.
  • Identify, target, and convert new sales opportunities within Special Forces, elite units, and related end-user communities.
  • Drive product adoption through demonstrations, field trials, and user feedback sessions.
  • Meet and exceed revenue targets and growth KPIs in the Israeli market.

Special Forces Liaison

  • Act as the bridge between the brand and Special Forces operators, maintaining trust, credibility, and ongoing dialogue with unit leaders and operators.
  • Coordinate with procurement channels (direct MoD, unit-level, and distributor/retailer channels) to ensure smooth sales cycles.
  • Gather operator insights and feedback to influence future product development and product improvements.
  • Host and attend training exercises, demonstrations, and industry events as a brand ambassador.
  • Manage and track sales activity in CRM.

Brand Growth & Awareness

  • Drive brand visibility in Israel through targeted campaigns, partnerships, and unit-focused events.
  • Build and manage an end-user community of Special Forces, reservists, and elite military personnel to grow organic word-of-mouth influence.
  • Work with Marketing to develop Israel-specific content (social media, events, product launch activities).
  • Position the brand as the most elite tactical gear supplier to Israeli Special Forces both operationally and culturally.

Internal Collaboration

  • Collaborate with the global sales team to align Israel strategies with international priorities.
  • Provide structured reporting on sales pipeline, unit engagement, and product feedback.
  • Work with Product Development to integrate field-driven requirements into design.

Qualifications

  • Mandatory: Former IDF Special Forces operator (officer or NCO preferred).
  • 3–5 years of proven track record in sales, business development, or key account management.
  • Bachelor’s degree.
  • Strong existing network and credibility within the Israeli Special Forces and wider security services community.
  • Familiarity with and passion for the tactical gear/firearms industry and culture – advantage.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to work independently and drive measurable results.
  • Fluent in Hebrew and English (spoken and written).
  • Current driver’s license.
