Six Pack™ Hanger Pouch

Sale price€58,95
Color:Multicam

Comes with a Fanny Pack Conversion Strap!

• The Agilite Six pack was designed to be the best hanger pouch on the market. Validated downrange in months of real missions, our objective was to weed out all the issues with existing dangler pouches.

• Most hangers are too long, flapping and dangling below your beltline and hindering your movement. The Six pack’s geometry is optimized to have the same storage capacity but be way more compact, and not get in your way.

• Many hanger pouches have top zippers that make it hard to access or see what’s inside them. The Six Pack dangler pouch integrates seamlessly with the rest of your gear and allows you to have both fast, one-handed access, and also visibility of your pouch’s contents.

• The Six Pack has a built-in flap that self-retains the tourniquet even if the pouch is not full and has a protective cordura exterior.

• Inside the pouch you have internal elastic retention as well as a loop area for attaching velcro-backed inserts.

• Comes with a fanny pack conversion kit, so you can convert it for day-to-day use in seconds.

• For organization, you have 2 separate zipper pockets with different tactile zipper heads so you can distinguish them by feel, without looking down.

• Whether you’re defending your country at the tip of the spear, defending your community or defending your home, the Six Pack will give you an edge

Six Pack and Reaper rig

I’ll addressed multiple products in this review including;

1. Reaper Rig
2. Pincer Placard Multi-Caliber Triple Mag Pouch
3. Pincer Placard 2nd Layer Molle Wrap
4. Pincer Pistol Double Pouch
5. Agilite General Purpose Pouch
6. Six pack hanger pouch

Bottom line for me is I had high hopes for the equipment I have purchased from Agilite and I can truly say they haven’t disappointed, if anything they have exceeded my expectations.

I have been a follower of Agilite for several years. I have completed several of the R&D team surveys, and have seen some suggestion I noted addressed in their newer gear.

When it comes to gear I have used a variety of equipment from well known brands (I.E. 5.11, HRT, Blue Alpha Belts, Kore, Safariland, True North Concepts, AXL, Esstac, Blue Force Gear, Hailey Strategic, Spiritus Systems, Etc). I find many brands and company’s seem to hit the mark on several items, especially their flag ship items, and leave other items wanting at times.

Now this isn’t to say any of these are bad. I can honestly say my gear for work is an eclectic collection of what works for me for instance my belt rig is the Agilite Magnetix belt, with Esstac double 40 degree pistol pouch, safariland headphone clip, Spritus JSTA pouch, with AXL insert, Blue Force Gear 10 speed dump pouch, HSGI Med pouch, Spritus SPUD, Esstac belt magnet, True north concepts drop leg and Defensive mechanisms TQ holder.

That’s all to illustrate I have a lot of experience running different gear and several bins of spare gear lying around.

Reaper Rig /w Pincer Placard Multi-Caliber Triple Mag Pouch, Pincer Placard 2nd Layer Molle Wrap, Pincer Pistol Double Pouch, Agilite General Purpose Pouch, Six Pack Hanger Pouch

I purchased the Reaper rig as soon as they went on sale. I have tried a multitude of chest rigs (old school Rhodesians, HRT, X harness, H harness) I found I like and dislike both. I’m a skinny dude I like how tight I can get the X harnesses but find they don’t allow as much flexibility, I liked the H harness until I tried to run or move quickly at which point it moved one way while I moved another and loved to ride up to the back of my neck. I just grit my teeth sucked up the H harness as tight as possible and took short breaths. I had an interest in the Spritus Thing series of rigs and came close to purchasing them, what held me back was they were Still X or H harnesses and I felt like I was following the definition of insanity and trying the same thing hoping for a new result. Then when Agilite dropped the reaper at Shotshow I was instantly sold and thought, a fix that makes sense what a novel idea! The war fighter expansion wings are a bonus as I was looking to expand my rig beyond the standard front panel and give it the versatility of the old Rhodesian rigs.

So I bought it. The day it arrived I through a spare HRT Maximums Palcard on and loved how the rig rode on me, its was just right. Then I realized, I like the HRT Maximums, but not on this rig. So one hidden from the wife purchase later I had the remainder of the gear on the way.

Once I set up the rig I found the Agilite Pincer placard fits perfectly. I would like to say I find the 5.56 magazines seem to fit much better then 7.62x39, time will tell if they break in more and if 7.62 will fit better in the future. To add to the rig I went with the Molle wrap and am pleased I love the way it secures to the Pincer Placard, the fit is perfectly. I added the Pincer Pistol double pouch to the front and finally ended up with the Agilite General Purpose Pouch on the front as well. I am running the Six Pack Hanger under the rig and am enjoy the ease of access even when I can’t see it. I like the size and will expand that with equipment as needed leaving open space for Ranger Equipment, extra sniffle gear, markers, gummy bears, Etc. The coms routing accessories are an added feature that I think is over looked by many, until you are ranger banding and 100 mile an hour taping gear like your antenna to your shoulder strap so it stops hitting you in the face. The tube closer is nice and makes putting the rig on less of a yoga class experience. Finally the ability to adjust it on the fly is a feature that also seems to be over looked and isn’t thought of until the times you need it. I find this to be a commonality in the Agilite gear and am a fan of the amount of detail that goes into the little things that make a big difference to the end user at hour 12 of a 6 hour operation.

The only negative I have seen with the rig is I find the Agilite General Purpose Pouch to be a bit too short at times it just barely fits a good pen or marker and with anything of weight in the front interior pocket of the pouch it likes to flop open. Other than this minor factor for me I am a huge fan of this rig. For clarity, my complaint on the GP pouch hasn’t sent it to the storage bin grave yard, it still has a home on reaper rig and will be there...

Very decent quality

The materials are of top-notch quality, and it offers plenty of space for various uses. I personally use it to store extra meds and other essentials. Plus, the bottom attachment point is perfect for securing a tourniquet and not only, which is a great feature.
