I’ve been using the MD2™ Compact Trauma Kit for a while during both training and airsoft scenarios, and it’s exceeded my expectations. The layout is intuitive, and the compact size makes it easy to attach to gear without adding bulk. All the essentials are included and well organized, which is critical during high-stress situations. The build quality is solid and clearly made with real-world use in mind. Highly recommended for anyone who wants a reliable IFAK in the field.

This trauma kit strikes the perfect balance for a belt-mounted kit. It's long enough to fit seals, tubes, pens, etc., or even two side-by-side 4.5x4 compressed gauze, w/out bulking out the sides or middle. There is also enough space in the middle after folding to add a few extra flat items. I probably have 40-50% more items in mine than what Agilite sells in their fill kit, and I'm still not bulking out at all; which leads me to my next favorite feature.

This thing has, to me at least, the perfect dimensions. It's noticeable, but not a huge PITA (literally) when hopping in and out of vehicles. Going long and slim allow you to store enough gear w/out creating a huge bulge in your backside when sitting/driving. In addition, I love that the TQ lays flat across the top w/out adding bulk to sides or front/back.

My only wish would be velcro or snap attachments to the inner bungees so I could get to my gear faster. But other than that, this thing is favorite belt-mounted trauma kit yet. I may buy a second and hang it from my PC. Again the dimensions and capacity make this kit extremely versatile. Can't recommend enough.

It's clear that Agilite puts s lot of thought and research into their products. I've yet to be under impressed. Keep up the good work guys.
