As stated the K Zero is very comfortable and light weight. Looking forward to range day to break it in.

With the ability to scale up or down depending on mission parameters…couldn’t ask for more out of a carrier! Comfortable enough to wear all day with the right amount of weight distribution throughout! Love this carrier!!!

Ive worn an IOTV, used a cheap airsoft knockoff cause it was less bulky, and now moving to this, I dont think theres a reason to ever replace this.
So far ive worn this for MANY range days since I purchased same week it released, along with several Airsoft games, always with Hesco L210 plates inside. Going from IOTV to this was a huge change for the best.
The Fit is absolutely perfect for me, and by far the most comfortable carrier to wear. Ive done several trips wear i wore the K-Zero for 6 hours continuous, absolutely NO discomfort. The skeletonized 2 strap cummerbund allows your torso to vent. The adjustable pull tabs on the rear help when you need to cinch or loosen. Being readily adaptable out of the box/bag for QD latches is amazing. The adjustment lines for the shoulder was a great touch. only gets used once, but holy cow it meant a ton - my spine was messed up for a few months after Basic Training due to uneven shoulder straps on my IOTV.
Hesco L210s fit like a glove - little bit of extra space since the plates are thinner, but they dont shift around at all. Sprints in full kit with rifle, the plate carrier feels anchored to the body - zero shift - but doesnt restrict the range of motion in my arms and torso. The K-Zero lives up to the company name.
Most of the other features I am loving can be summarized to how readily adaptable this plate carrier is designed for aftermarket accessories. Im using some accessories from AXL (B Wing for radio) and Defense Mechanisms (Recondite Strap Kit), but its clear this carrier is a perfect host for almost every accessory on the market.
I've been encouraging most of my friends to consider the K-Zero for their personal use carrier. Ever since my carrier arrived in the male, ive been finding every excuse I can to wear it because its soo comfortable to wear, and i truly feel more Agile with it on compared to everything else ive worn.

This thing rocks. Love that you can say is it perfectly it fits my plates very good it is super lightweight quality is top notch.

It's compact, light, comfortable. I didn't have any issue while usuing it. I'll buy another colour later with QR buckle, too.
I'm glad this is my firat Plate Carrier.
I'm looking forward to buy k19, too.

I must say that the K-Zero is worth the hype. Minimalist design with great weight distribution. Compared to my old carrier to the K-Zero just after swapping all my gear over it was an instant noticeable improvement. Wearing this for 8-16 hours a day is cake compared to before.

Very comfortable, and slick. It does not restrict movement when I need to move in certain ways. Planning on buying my next PC here again.

Coming from the Mayflower APC, I appreciate the additional padding of the K-Zero. The 8 point shoulder strap connection and independent front/rear adjustment made front and rear plate height adjustment possible, achieving better fit than previous plate carriers I have owned. The velcro cummerbund compatibility was a great addition, allowing me to use my favorite cummerbund, which paired great with the K-Zero. Making good use of the cable routing options too.

Having had the K19 and setup the way I wanted it, I wasn't sure how the KZero would compare and allow for same setup considering it was designed to me more minimalist. Granted there is less real estate on the KZero front molle panel so I had to make adjustments to get my maximus placard to fit correctly. The original duraflex buckles worked great on the K19 but on the KZero the placement puts it almost a full inch below the bottom of the plate bag. I had to swap out with a couple Ghooks and make them into split bar with a dremel and now it sits at perfect level. I liked the ability of the QD on one or both shoulders of the K19 so this is taking some adjustment not having that option. I like options. The AMAP attachment on the shoulder is definitely a change but it works well too. My biggest issue is that the quick adjust on the cummerbund is extremely hard to tighten/loosen compared to the K19 that was smooth and effortless. I would change that back on future revisions or allow the choice between either cummerbund. Overall it's slowly winning me over and I'm liking the slimmer look and feel. Not quite a 5 star so maybe a 4.5 for now and still a huge fan of Agilite.

Hello All,
Well, let me get straight to the point. The K-Zero is the freakin’ Bee’s Knees of plate carriers! This low-profile carrier, but don’t call it minimalist. It’s very well thought out and is absolutely the most comfortable plate carrier that I have ever worn. And I have been through quite a few of them over the many years.
I have added ultra-light Level III+ PE Ceramic plates, multi-curve up front and single-curve in the back, the Agilite Pincer Triple Mag Placard, Agilite AMAP III Assault Pack, the Ferro Concepts Roll 1 Trauma Pouch, & First Spear QR Tubes to both sides of the cummerbund.
All of this may sound like a lot, but it’s not, and you wouldn’t believe how little it weighs, so I’m not even going to post it.
Just do yourself a huge favor and get the K-Zero, like right now! You will be glad you did.

I previously owned a first gen K19 and the K Zero is a much better platform for me. Without the buckles it is easier to shoulder a rifle. It accepts aftermarket cummerbunds with the added hook and loop panels on the front and rear. New lower profile without sacrificing comfort. Looking forward to training in it.

The K Zero plate carrier is a fantastic product and well thought out. It's the most comfortable low profile carrier on the market. The material and build quality are top notch. The cable management is very intuitive. The ability to have hook and loop and the rear plate bag to accommodate various cummerbund is a nice touch. You will not be disappointed.

The k zero is one of my favorite plate. The new shoulder pad will not affect your stock and the rubber material give you extra friction for your stock. And the cable management is so easy to achieve because of the brilliant design of this plate carrier.

Out of the box it outperforms my Crye JPC as far as comfortability. I had to add additional padding the shoulder straps on my Crye. Durability seems to be top notch solid stitching and attention to detail. Shoulders straps remain stiff and it keeps the back plate slightly higher where it should be. All in all 10/10. No real complaints as of yet excepts maybe not having the interior plates straps like in the K12.

I originally got the K19 3.0, and working with T&E got to help with the input on this master piece! I loved the K19 but this is so much better for my mission purpose. Lightweight, SUPER comfortable, and everything I wished for a lower profile but fully kitted plate carrier! Get this as your upgrade or next plate carrier! Can't wait for more!
