Head of International Sales

We are looking for a Head of International Sales to join the Agilite team and lead all sales activities across Israel and international markets outside the United States.
The ideal candidate will have extensive experience leading high-performing B2G and commercial sales teams and driving significant revenue growth in the defense or defense-adjacent industry.
A strong understanding of military and professional end-user markets is highly valued.
The Head of International Sales will be responsible for accelerating revenue growth and expanding the company’s footprint and market share across international markets.
This role oversees all sales channels, including government contracts, dealers, distributors, SOF, and commercial markets outside of North America.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve and exceed revenue targets and market expansion goals, enhancing Agilite's brand awareness and global footprint.
- Set clear KPIs, goals, and objectives for the sales team aligned with overall company objectives; monitor performance and foster a results-driven culture of accountability.
- Create and implement sales processes and best practices; manage and track team activity to ensure achievement of annual targets.
- Provide leadership, guidance, and support to the sales team; participate in calls with key clients and prospects.
- Collaborate with Sales Managers to establish and grow retail and government dealer partnerships in relevant countries.
- Work cross-functionally with marketing, R&D, supply chain, and compliance teams.
- Create trade show strategy and lead sales team activities at events.
- Manage and train Sales Managers to grow and strengthen dealer and government channels globally.
- Manage a global sales team across time zones.
Requirements:
- Proven track record with B2G sales outside of Israel.
- At least 4 years of sales team management experience in a fast-paced environment.
- Detail-oriented and highly data-driven.
- SOF, combat military, or law enforcement background – advantage.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Excellent interpersonal skills – must be a “people person”.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Fluent English and Hebrew.
- Additional languages – advantage.
- Ability to travel internationally to trade shows.
- Familiarity with or passion for the tactical gear, firearms, or military industry.
- Bachelor’s degree.
- High-level security clearance – advantage.
- Driver’s license.
