Does Agilite ship Worldwide?

Yes.  Agilite ships to most countries barring a few who hate Israel, America and Freedom.

The list of countries we don’t ship to is- Iran, Algeria, Bahrain, Kuwait, Lebanon, Libya, United Arab Emirates, Sudan, Syria, Saudi Arabia, Iraq, Pakistan, Qatar, and Yemen.

Where does Agilite gear ship from?

Agilite gear ships from Israel. Orders usually get to customers within 12 business days. If you need your gear faster you can hit our EMS option which will get to you within 5 business days.


What types of discounts does Agilite offer?

Active Duty Military Discount-If you are a member of the US or other allied Military you get a standing 10% discount on all Agilite products with credentials. Before placing your order email customers@agilitegear.com to present your credentials - this is to avoid stolen valor discounts.

If you are a member of a SWAT team or other active duty combat professional you will also be eligible so email us at customers@agilitegear.com with your credentials to claim.

All of our products carry our lifetime warranty that ensures that if it left our factory with any defect that lead to it failing prematurely then we will stand behind it 1000% and fix it or replace it, no problem.

Our warranty does not cover abusive behavior including, but not limited to: towing a truck with it, setting it on fire, slashing it with a knife, pouring acid on it or shooting it with a 50 cal.

How do I track my order?

Once you’ve made your purchase, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number that will allow you to track the shipping to your destination.


How much is shipping/handling? What about taxes?

We currently offer a $14.99 FLAT RATE Shipping cost to the Continental USA and Europe just to make things simple!

For other countries, tt the checkout, there is also a shipping/handling calculator that will tell you the cost of delivery to your location and offer you faster shipping options if you need them.

Taxes may vary as there could be a customs fee and differing tax rates depending on the country or state.


How do I refund a purchase?

No, Agilite does not have a physical store that is open to the public but to find out where your closest Agilite dealer is, email info@agilitegear.com.


How do I place a group or custom order for a Military/LE Unit or other Organization?
