We are seeking a dynamic and entrepreneurial Business Development Manager (B2B2C) to spearhead growth for our tactical gear brand in the U.S. market.

This role combines channel sales, strategic partnerships, and OEM development.

The ideal candidate will be equally skilled at winning new dealer and distributor accounts, deepening existing relationships, building collaborative marketing programs with other industry players, and developing OEM manufacturing partnerships.

This position is highly cross-functional—working closely with Sales, Marketing, Product Development, and Operations to expand revenue channels, strengthen brand positioning, and establish our brand as the go-to tactical gear partner in the U.S.

Key Responsibilities:

Dealer & Distributor Growth

  • Identify, onboard, and grow relationships with tactical gear dealers, distributors, and retail partners across the U.S.
  • Drive both sell-in (B2B) and sell-through (B2C) performance via joint business planning, merchandising, and marketing initiatives.
  • Negotiate terms, pricing, and promotional agreements while protecting brand integrity and positioning.

Partnerships & Collaborations

  • Develop and manage strategic alliances with complementary industry brands for joint marketing campaigns, product bundles, or co-branded events.
  • Identify opportunities for cross-promotions and partnerships that expand customer reach and enhance brand value.
  • Represent the brand at trade shows, industry events, and networking functions to build visibility and partnerships.

OEM Development

  • Build and manage relationships with U.S-based OEM partners who purchase our manufacturing services.
  • Collaborate with Product Development and Operations to ensure OEM partner requirements are met (design, compliance, delivery).
  • Grow OEM business as a key revenue channel while balancing with branded product strategy.

Market Expansion & Strategy

  • Identify new geographic and vertical markets for tactical gear adoption in the U.S. (e.g., law enforcement, outdoor, defense-adjacent retail).
  • Provide actionable market intelligence on competitor activity, customer needs, and emerging trends.
  • Partner with marketing to craft U.S.-specific demand generation and brand-building strategies.

Operational & Reporting

  • Deliver accurate sales forecasts, pipeline visibility, and account reporting.
  • Track KPIs including new account acquisition, OEM revenue growth, channel performance, and partnership ROI.
  • Collaborate with supply chain/logistics to ensure smooth fulfillment for both OEM and branded accounts.

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years in business development, channel sales, or account management—ideally in tactical gear, outdoor, sporting goods, or defense-related industries
  • Proven track record of building dealer/distributor networks and growing OEM partnerships
  • Strong understanding of B2B2C dynamics (dealer sell-in + consumer sell-through)
  • Skilled negotiator with experience closing strategic collaborations and long-term contracts
  • Entrepreneurial mindset: able to identify opportunities, build relationships and deliver results
  • Strong presentation and communication skills with experience representing brands at trade shows and industry events
  • CRM experience (Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar)
  • Willingness to travel domestically regularly and to Israel 2-3 times a year
