IT & Business Systems Manager
Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced IT & Business Systems Manager to lead and oversee our core business systems and applications, and to support the company’s digital transformation initiatives. This role works closely with senior leadership and plays a key role in optimizing processes, data, and automation across the organization.
Key Responsibilities
1. Systems & Business Applications
- Lead ERP (NetSuite) and CRM (HubSpot) implementation, configuration, and integration projects.
- Own system architecture, data structure, and end-to-end business process design across business systems.
- Develop and maintain automations, workflows, scripts, and custom configurations within ERP and CRM platforms.
- Implement integrations using API-based tools, including light scripting when required.
- Lead the company’s AI and automation initiatives and evaluate relevant use cases.
- Manage the IT budget, monitor costs, and ensure effective resource allocation.
- Serve as a key advisor to the COO, HOO, HFO, and management on system- and technology-related decisions.
2. IT Management
- Manage user access, identity, and authentication systems across all business units.
- Oversee the administration and ongoing support of company applications and tools.
- Partner with department heads to define the IT roadmap and digital transformation priorities.
3. Vendor & License Management
- Manage relationships with external IT vendors, software providers, and telecom partners.
- Oversee procurement, negotiation, renewal, and optimization of software licenses and support agreements.
- Evaluate vendor performance and ensure adherence to SLAs.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience as an IT / Systems Manager with strong ERP and CRM ownership.
- Hands-on experience customizing NetSuite (mandatory) and/or HubSpot (strong advantage).
- Experience with scripting (SuiteScript, JavaScript, SQL) – strong advantage.
- Experience managing vendors, budgets, and complex system projects.
- Experience in retail and/or e-commerce operations (OMS, inventory flows, fulfillment, ERP–commerce integrations) – strong advantage.
- Strong knowledge of Google Workspace and access management systems.
- Ability to work independently, prioritize effectively, and communicate clearly with stakeholders.
- Fluent in English.
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
