We are looking for a Head of International Sales to join the Agilite team and lead all sales activities across Israel and international markets outside the United States.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience leading high-performing B2G and Commercial sales teams and driving significant revenue growth in the defense or defense-adjacent industry.

A strong understanding of military and professional end-user markets is highly valued.


The Head of International Sales will be responsible for accelerating revenue growth and expanding the company’s footprint and market share across international markets.

This role oversees all sales channels, including government contracts, dealers, distributors, SOF and commercial markets outside of North America.


Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve and exceed revenue targets and market expansion goals, enhance Agilite's brand awareness and global footprint
  • Set clear KPIs, goals and objectives for the sales team aligned with overall company objectives and targets, monitor performance against these metrics, and foster a results-based culture of accountability
  • Create and implement sales processes and best practices, manage and track sales team’s activity to ensure achievement of annual sales targets, understand how to motivate the team to achieve maximum performance output
  • Provide leadership, assistance and guidance to the sales team, develop and monitor sales meeting schedules, participating in calls with key clients or key potential clients
  • Collaborate with Sales Managers to establish and develop retail and government dealer partnerships in relevant countries, ensuring comprehensive market coverage
  • Work cross-functionally across all Agilite departments, including marketing, R&D, supply chain and compliance teams to ensure an efficient and effective sales team
  • Create trade show strategy, lead and manage sales team activities at trade shows
  • Manage and train the Sales Managers to retain, grow, and deepen relationships with current dealer network partners, establish and grow our global government channel
  • Manage a global sales team of remote and in-office employees, working across time zones when necessary

Requirements:

  • Proven track record with B2G sales outside of Israel
  • At least 7 years of sales experience, including 4+ years managing sales teams, with a strong track record of driving results in international markets
  • Detail-oriented and obsessively data-driven by nature
  • SOF or Combat Military or Law Enforcement service - advantage
  • Flexibility and the ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines in a dynamic company experiencing exponential growth
  • Excellent interpersonal skills-must be a "People-person"
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills, thorough by nature
  • Fluent English and Hebrew
  • Additional languages – advantage
  • Ability to fly to international trade shows
  • Familiarity with/passionate about tactical gear/firearms/Military industry and culture
  • Bachelor’s degree
  • High level of security clearance - advantage
  • Driver’s License
